Isotech Networks may place cookies on your computer to personalize your homepage. Isotech Networks does not "harvest" any other information from your computer.

Isotech Networks will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute or disclose your e-mail address, postal address, phone number, or other personal information to outside parties.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

For your protection: Isotech Networks Services requires a written notice of cancellation via Postal mail (not E-mail) stating your request to cancel and the date you would like your service to end. If you do not cancel your account in this way you will be responsible for continuous fees on your account. We also suggest calling to verify that your request has been received if you do not receive a response from us within 3 business days. You will be responsible for the full month of service if you have not cancelled prior to the last day of that service. (If you cancel September 1 you will be fully responsible for September's fees and your account will remain open until September 30). If you desire to remain active through a certain date, please inform us of that date or your service will be cancelled immediately.

Payment Policy:

Billing is sent the 15th of each month and is payable by the 1st of the following month. To keep your account active, without interruption, payments must be kept current. If your payment is not received by the next billing date (15th) your account will be considered past due and your account will be disabled until your account is brought up to date.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Isotech Networks and will be based on the following reasons:

  1. You have moved to an area where Isotech Networks Services and it's partner companies do not provide service, therefore causing you to find a new service provider.
  2. You or the person using the Internet has become terminally ill or unable physically or mentally to use any Internet Service Provider.
  3. You are unsatisfied with our service AND there is sufficient evidence that we were negligent in the handling of your account on a consistent basis (more than 3 times) and we are unable to offer a reasonable solution or compensation.
  4. Isotech Networks Services is unable to provide you service due to incompatibility or other reasons based on their discretion. PLEASE NOTE: UNLESS THE ABOVE ITEMS APPLY, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR THOSE CHOOSING ANOTHER PROVIDER BASED UPON THEIR OWN REASONS AND CHOICES. Refunds are processed as follows:
    1. Monthly or Standard Accounts can be issued a refund of up to 2 months depending upon the issue surrounding the refund.
    2. Annual and Semi-Annual Accounts can be issued a refund based on the standard rate for their plan. If you are receiving a refund for an Annual Plan and have used the service for 3 months, we will re-rate the 3 months at $19.95 each.
    3. Credit Card Refunds: Credit Card refunds will be sent to you by check unless all parties agree that it is our error that we processed your card. You will have to request this service or a check will be sent to you regardless.
    4. All refunds are processed within 20 business days.
